Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui inovasi Manajemen Perubahan Dalam Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Pati; (2) Untuk mengetahui strategi penerapan Manajemen Perubahan Dalam Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Pati;(3) Untuk mengetahui implementasi Manajemen Perubahan Dalam Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Pati; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Manajemen Perubahan Dalam Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di MTs Negeri Se-Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diukur dengan uji kredibilitas data meliputi: perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi, Analisis data meliputi data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), conclusion drawing/verification (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). Dalam upaya memberikan pelayan dan pemenuhan pembelajaran di masa pandemi maka lembaga pendidikan diharapkan untuk tetap kreatif ditengah keterbatasan dan mampu berinovasi untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan tanpa harus dalam satu ruangan. 2). Strategi manajemen perubahan di MTs Negeri se-Kabupaten Pati meliputi: Menetapkan tujuan, membentuk agen perubahan, Membangun komitmen dengan warga madrasah, Pengembangan perubahan. 3). implementasi manajemen perubahan di MTs Negeri se-Kabupaten Pati dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19 diperoleh data sebagai berikut: Pelaksanaan kurikulum Selama Pandemi Covid-19, Metode Pembelajaran, Media Pembelajaran dan Sumber Belajar.4). Evaluasi manajemen manajemen perubahan di MTs Negeri se-Kabupaten Patidengan menilai efektifitas program-program yang sudah direncanakan serta menelaah hambatan apa saja yang menjadikan program tersebut tidak bisa terealisasi dengan baik. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis program yang sudah ada, pemantauan atau pengawasan dan membuat laporan tertulis. ========================================================================================== The aims of this research are (1) to find out the innovation of Change Management in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic in State MTs in Pati Regency; (2) To find out the strategy for implementing Change Management in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic in State MTs throughout Pati Regency; (3) To find out the implementation of Change Management in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic in State MTs in Pati Regency; and (4) To find out the Evaluation of Change Management in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic in State MTs in Pati Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. . The validity of the data is measured by testing the credibility of the data including: prolongation of observation, increased persistence and triangulation. Data analysis includes data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). The results showed: 1). In an effort to provide service and fulfill learning during the pandemic, educational institutions are expected to remain creative amid limitations and be able to innovate to create a pleasant learning atmosphere without having to be in one room. 2). Change management strategies in State MTs throughout Pati Regency include: Setting goals, forming change agents, Building commitment with madrasa residents, Development of change. 3). the implementation of change management in State MTs throughout Pati Regency in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the data obtained are as follows: Implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic, Learning Methods, Learning Media and Learning Resources. 4). Evaluation of the management of change management in State MTs throughout Pati Regency by assessing the effectiveness of the programs that have been planned and examining any obstacles that prevent the program from being implemented properly. The steps taken are analyzing existing programs, monitoring or supervision and making written reports.
