Abstract
Penelitian ini di lakukan berdasarkan rumusan masalah yang digunakan oleh penulis sebagai berikut: 1) bagaimana peran guru dalam memilih alat permainan edukatif untuk menumbuhkembangkan potensi anak usia dini, 2) bagaimana standarisasi pemilihan alat permainan edukatif, dan 3) apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam memilih permainan edukatif untuk menumbuhkembangkan potensi anak usia dini di RA Muawanatul Falah Ngetuk Kecamatan Gunungwungkal Kabupaten Pati tahun pembelajaran 2016/2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Field Research dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif pada peran guru yang ada di RA Muawanatul Falah Ngetuk Gunungwungkal Pati. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan, maka ditemukan beberapa hal: pertama, peran guru dalam memilih APE dengan cara mengusulkan APE yang sudah direncanakan ke forum rapat pengurus, setelah terealisasi digunakan pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan lima aspek pengembangan, yaitu: PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam), ASK (Akhlakul Karimah, Sosial Emosional, dan Kemandirian), kognitif, fisik motorik dan bahasa. Setelah digunakan guru merawat dengan cara disimpan ditempat yang aman dan sederhana, bisa di rak atau almari, dikondisikan supaya anak dapat mudah mengambil dan menyimpan kembali setelah digunakan. Terakhir guru mengevaluasi tingkat perkembangan anak yang dicapai melalui kegiatan bermain. Kedua standarisasi APE yang berbeda-beda akan menghasilkan perkembangan potensi di lima bidang pengembangan dan output sesuai yang diharapkan. Ketiga, pemilihan APE dapat didorong dengan adanya guru profesional, sarana prasarana yang cukup, dan motivasi orangtua. Faktor penghambat dalam memilih APE adalah keterbatasan biaya dan kesulitan mengakses APE karena lembaga bertempat di pedesaan. Dari data yang ditemukan peneliti menyarankan terkait dengan peran guru dalam memilih alat permainan edukatif untuk menumbuhkembangkan potensi anak usia dini di RA Muawanatul Falah Ngetuk Gunungwungkal, Pati yaitu: pertama, guru lebih mengoptimalkan penggunaan alat permainan edukatif kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kedua, guru diharapkan mengusai ICT (Information Communication Tecnology). Ketiga, dengan adanya alat permainan edukatif anak dapat bekerja sama, berbagi dengan teman, mau mengalah, mudah mengenal warna, bentuk, ukuran, dan geometri secara kontruktif. This research was conducted based on the research question used by author as follows: 1) how is the role of the teachers in choosing a educational gaming of equipment to develop potential early childhood, 2) how is the standarization of choosing a educational gaming of equipment, and 3) what is the factors supporters and inhibiting in choosing educational gaming of equipment to develop of potential early childhood in RA Muawamatul Falah Ngetuk Gunungwungkal Pati in the academic year of 2016/2017. The method that used in this study is this type of research Field Research with qualitative research approach to the role of teachers in RA Muawanatul Falah knocked Gunungwungkal Pati. Based on the research and discussion, it was found a few things: first, the teacher's role in selecting the APE by way of proposing APE planned to forum board meeting, after realized use of learning tailored to the five aspects of development, namely: PAI (Islamic Education), ASK (Akhlakul Karimah, Social, Emotional, and Independence), cognitive, physical, activator and language. After used of the teachers take care of the way it is stored in a safe and simple, could be on the shelves or cupboards, conditioned so that children can easily pick up and put away after used. Finally the teachers evaluate the child's developmental level achieved through play activities. Secound is standardization APE will different result in the development of potential in the five areas of development and output as expected. Third, the selection of APE can be encouraged by their professional teachers, sufficient infrastructure, and parent motivation. Inhibiting factor in choosing APE is the limited cost and difficulty accessing the APE for institutions located in rural areas. Based of the data found in research suggests related to the role of teachers in selecting a tool to develop the potential of educational games early childhood in RA Muawanatul Falah knocked Gunungwungkal, Pati: first, teachers are better optimize the use of educational games and learning activities. Second, teachers are expected to master ICT (Information Communication Tecnology). Third, with the tools of educational games children can work together, share with friends, unyielding, easy to recognize colors, shapes, sizes, and constructive geometry.
