Abstract

Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan (Analisis Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karier di Yayasan Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati)", Asyhari, NIM: 13054, Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAIN) Kudus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan (Analisis Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karier di Yayasan Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati) yang meliputi: (1) Sistem perencanaan dan pengembangan karier di Yayasan Tarbiyatul Banin (2) Implementasi perencanaan dan pengembangan karier di Yayasan Tarbiyatul Banin, (3) Implikasi perencanaan dan pengembangan karier terhadap mutu pendidikan di Yayasan Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari Majlis Pertimbangan Yayasan (MPY), Dewan Pengawas Yayasan (DPY), Kepala Satuan Pendidikan, Tenaga Pendidik, Tenaga Kependidikan. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan, pertama, sistem perencanaan dan pengembangan karier di Yayasan Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati telah tersusun secara hirarkis, sejak proses rekrutmen pegawai sampai jabatan kepala satuan pendidikan. Kedua, Implementasi perencanaan dan pengembangan karier telah berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan dan menjadikan sistem karier guru transparan namun masih ada beberapa hal yang harus ditinjau ulang, khususnya program pengembangan karier. Ketiga, Implikasi perencanaan dan pengembangan karier terhadap mutu pendidikan adalah (1) meningkatnya kualitas proses rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan (2) meningkatnya prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa dan guru tingkat daerah maupun nasional. (3) meningkatnya kualitas lulusan. Implementation of Human Resources Management in Increasing Education Quality (Analysis of Career Planning and Development in Foundation of Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati)” Asyhari, Student Number: 13054, Islamic Education Management, State College of Islamic Studies (STAIN) Kudus. The objectives of this research were to know the implementation of human resources management in increasing education quality (analysis of career planning and development in foundation of Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati) which involves: (1) System of career planning and development in Tarbiyatul Banin foundation; (2) Implementation of career planning and development toward the education quality in foundation of Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati. In collecting data, this research used observation, interview and documenttaion. To analyze the data, the researcher used qualitative descriptive technique. The data were found from Foundation Consultative Assembly or Majelis Pertimbangan Yayasan (MPY), Foundation Controller Council or Dewan Pengawas Yayasan (DPY), the headmaster of every school, educators, and education officers. The result of field study showed that system of career planning and development in foundation of Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati has been arranged in hierarchy, from staff recruitment process to the headmaster position. Second, the implementation of career planning and development has run based on planning, but there were some things that should be reviewed, especially career development program. Third, implications of career planning and development to education quality are (1) the increase of educators and education officers recruitment process; (2) the increase of academic and non academic achievement of students and teachers in regional and national level; (3) the increase of graduates quality.
