Abstract

Komponen guru mempunyai peran sangat penting khususnya pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan merupakan kunci pokok bagi keberhasilan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, terutama dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Untuk itu kemampuan kompetensi guru terutama dalam bidang kompetensi pedagogik perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan dengan berbagai upaya antara lain melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan pembinaan profesional seperti KKG. Dengan ini penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang pelaksanaan KKG PAI SD sebagai wadah peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus. Adapun masalah yang akan dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini, yakni: (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD di Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus?, (2) bagaimana dampak program kegiatan KKG PAI SD dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru?, (3) bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru?. Masalah dipecahkan melalui metode penelitian yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kualitatif lapangan yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kesahihan data diperoleh dengan cara triangulasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data; penyajian data; dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD di Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) bentuk yakni pertemuan rutin yang dilaksanakan minimal satu bulan sekali dan pertemuan insidental yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jangka waktu yang direncanakan. (2) Program kegiatan KKG PAI SD di Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus berdampak dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, antara lain: menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan guru PAI SD dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran di kelas; guru dapat bekerja sama dalam penyusunan prota, promes, silabus, RPP, guru dapat menguasai secara mendalam materi yang akan diajarkan kepada peserta didik; serta dapat mengetahui bakat dan minat peserta didik yang tersalurkan dalam kegiatan MAPSI. 3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus, antara lain: (a) faktor pendidikan, (b) faktor usia, (c) faktor motivasi. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG PAI SD dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru di Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus, antara lain: (a) faktor sarana dan prasarana, (b) faktor dana, (c) faktor penguasaan IT yang belum maksimal dan merata. Teacher component has enrolled especially at Elementary School and the key of success in improving the quality of educations, especially in the process of learning in the class. There for due to the ability of teacher competency on pedagogic competency need to improve trough educations, training and teacher workshop professional guiding. Based on it the researcher interested to research about the implementations of Islamic teacher workshop at elementary school as a place to improve teachers pedagogic in Jati Sub-district Kudus Regency. Based on the problem resolving in this research are: (1) how does the implementations of an Islamic teacher workshop at elementary school in Jati Sub-Distric Kudus Regency?, (2) How does the effect of an Islamic teacher workshop at elementary school to improve teachers pedagogic?, (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting execution factors in the Islamic workshop at Elementary school to improve teachers pedagogic?. Problem resolving is trough a responsible research methods. The research approaches of this research is qualitative descriptive which gathered by an interview, observation and documentations. The data validation is being obtainable in triangulation method. The analyzing of the data’s used data reduction; data presentations; and conclusions and verifications. The result of these research showing that: (1) the implementation of an Islamic teacher workshop at elementary school in Jati Sub-district, Kudus Regency being make in two sessions those are regular meeting which done once a month and an incidental meeting that was carried out as the schedules. (2) Islamic teacher workshop at elementary school in Jati Sub-district Kudus regency influent to improve in teacher’s pedagogic, those are improving knowledge and the ability of the teacher could improve their learning process in the class; teachers could cooperate making the annual program, semester program, syllabus, lesson plan, teachers could mastering it as well as in a process of teaching their students, and also could find aptitudes and interests of their students being vented in MAPSI. (3) Some factors that support an Islamic teacher workshop at elementary school in improving teacher’s pedagogic in Jati sub-district Kudus Regency those are; (a) educational factors, (b) ages factor, (c) motivations factor. An obstacle factor in improving teacher pedagogic competence at Islamic teacher workshop those are; (a) facilities and infrastructure factors, (b) Fund factors, (c) the factors in mastering information technology haven’t maximum and equitable.
