Self efficacy is the belief in self to be successful, that he has the ability to succeed is a force that can be improved in a person that confidence to succeed is higher and not decline. Someone who has the confidence to succeed is high then someone has extraordinary power to perform activities in order to achieve the expectations. Efficacy is a power of the soul, then day by day there will be changes and the friction associated with the response to an environment that supports or rejects. If the environment supports the efficacy of a person then someone will grow tall and strong in order to achieve the desired success but rather when the environment is less supportive, then the self-efficacy can be weakened, causing despair and even depression.
