Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui Strategi program kegiatan keagamaan untuk meningkatkan religiusitas siswa di SMAN 1 Pati, (2) Mengetahui Strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai religius siswa SMA N 1 Pati, (3) Mengetahui implikasi strategi program kegiatan keagamaan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai religius terhadap prilaku siswa sehari-hari di SMAN 1 Pati. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis field research Informan ditentukan melalui purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, memaparkan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Strategi program kegiatan keagamaan dengan memaksimalkan program kegiatan keagamaan seperti BTQ, mentoring ( diskusi agama dalam kelompok kecil ), shalat wajib berjamaah, shalat dhuha, amal jumat, peringatan hari besar Islam ( PHBI ), kajian islam, bhakti sosial (2) Strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai religius siswa di SMAN 1 Pati melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pertama, tahap transformasi nilai, siswa diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman secara teori tentang keagamaan dengan menanamkan keyakinan kepada siswa. Kedua, Tahap transaksi nilai merupakan proses dimana guru tidak hanya menyajikan informasi tetapi juga melaksanakan dan memberikan contoh nyata dan diharapkan siswa juga mampu membiasakan diri melalui pengalaman langsung. Ketiga, Tahap transinternalisasi adalah proses dimana siswa menunjukkan dan melaksanakan pengetahuan tersebut dalam keseharian sebagai bentuk kepribadiannya yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pemberian nasihat. (3) Implikasi strategi program kegiatan keagamaan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai religius siswa di SMAN 1 Pati adalah peningkatan dalam hal ibadah siswa diantaranya kedisiplinan dalam melaksanakan shalat berjamaah, pelaksanaan amal jumat. Terbentuknya akhlaqul karimah siswa yaitu sopan, santun dan saling menghormati, tanggungjawab dan berpakaian dengan baik, serta semakin bertambahnya pengetahuan agama siswa

Informants were determined through random sampling technique and data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing data, describing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that, (1) the strategy of religious activity programs by familiarizing BTQ activities, mentoring, congregational prayer, duha prayer, Friday charity, commemoration of Islamic holidays (PHBI) (2) Strategy to internalize religious values of students at SMAN 1 Pati several stages, first, the value transformation stage, students are given theoretical knowledge and understanding of religion by instilling confidence in students. Second, the value transaction stage is a process where the teacher not only presents information but also implements and provides real examples and it is expected that students are also able to familiarize themselves through direct experience. Third, the trans internalization stage is the process by which students demonstrate and carry out this knowledge in daily life as a form of personality that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. The methods used are exemplary, habituation, and giving advice. (3) Implications of the program strategy of religious activities in the internalization of religious values is an increase in terms of student worship including discipline in praying in congregation, the implementation of Friday charity. The formation of students' morality is polite, courteous and respectful, discipline and dressing close to the genitals, and the increasing religious knowledge of students.
