Abstract

This thesis aims to find out: 1) Management model boarding school students at Middle School Duta Aswaja Kudus, 2) Program management model tahfiz students at Duta Aswaja Kudus Middle School, 3) Results of the implementation of the management model boarding school integrated program tahfiz in increasing multiple intelligences students at SMP Duta Aswaja Kudus. This type of research is field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research location is at SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus M. Sources of data obtained by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Management model boarding school students at Duta Aswaja Kudus Middle School, namely planning by meeting activities. Organizing with management structure boarding school. Implementation with activities carried out on a daily basis as planned at the meeting. These activities are the five daily prayers in congregation, and reading the Al-Qur'an, familiarizing students with applying the 5S attitude, activities specialization, public speaking, tambourine training, sports training, youth scientific work training and calligraphy training. Controlling with monthly meetings and cottage meetings once every two weeks. 2) Program management model tahfiz students at SMP Duta Aswaja Kudus namely planning with early year meeting activities. organizing with the management structure of the tahfiz program. Implementation with halaqoh, one day one juz, tahfiz, murojiz and munaqosyah study hours. Controlling with monthly meetings, biweekly cottage meetings, and munaqosyah activities which are carried out once every two months accompanied by the murobbi and parents of the students, before the students go home. 3) The results of the implementation of the management model boarding school integrated program Tahfiz in increasing multiple intelgence students at Duta Aswaja namely students increased by eight multiple intelgence namely linguistic intelligence, logical mathematical intelligence, spatial intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence and naturalist intelligence. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Model pengelolaan boarding school siswa di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus, 2) Model pengelolaan program tahfiz siswa di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus, 3) Hasil Implementasi model pengelolaan boarding school terintegrasi program tahfiz dalam meningkatkan multiple intelegence siswa di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja KudusM. Sumber data diperoleh dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Semua data setelah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap yaitu, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Model pengelolaan boarding school siswa di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus yaitu perencanaan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan rapat awal tahun. Pengorganisasian dengan struktur kepengurusan boarding school dengan pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab anggota-anggota yang ada didalam lembaga. Pelaksanaan dengan kegiatan yang di laksanakan sehari—hari sesuai yang di rencanakan di rapat awal tahun. Kegiatan tersebut adalah yaitu kegiatan sholat lima waktu berjama’ah, dan membaca surat Al-Qur’an, membiasakan siswa dengan menerapkan sikap 5S, kegiatan takhasus, public speaking, pelatihan rebana, pelatihan olahraga, pelatihan karya ilmiah remaja dan pelatihan kaligrafi. Controlling dengan rapat bulanan dan rapat pondok dua minggu sekali. 2) Model pengelolaan program tahfiz siswa di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus yaitu perencanaan dengan kegiatan rapat awal tahun. pengorganisasian dengan adanya struktur kepengurusan program tahfiz. Pelaksanaan dengan kegiatan halaqoh, one day one juz, jam belajar tahfiz, murojiz dan munaqosyah. Controlling dengan rapat bulanan, rapat pondok dua minggu sekali, dan kegiatan munaqosyah yang di laksanakan dua bulan sekali dengan didampingi murobbi dan orang tua santri, sebelum santri pulang. 3) Hasil implementasi model pengelolaan boarding school terintegrasi program Tahfiz dalam meningkatkan multiple intelgence siswa di SMP Tahfiz Duta Aswaja Kudus yaitu implementasi model pengelolaan boarding school terintegrasi program Tahfiz dapat meningkatkan delapan multiple intelgence siswa yaitu kecerdasan linguistik, kecerdasan matematis logis, kecerdasan spasial, kecerdasan kinestetik, kecerdasan musikal, kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal dan kecerdasan naturalis.
