Abstract
The learning process of autistic students is quite different from other students, especially in learning English. Despite the weaknesses they have, it is possible to provide digital media such as digital games to autistic students in learning. The objectives of this study include: (1) To find out the use of Preschool English application to improve students' vocabulary and pronunciation mastery. (2) To describe the obstacles faced in using Preschool English application. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Researcher used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and through documentation. The participants in this study included the principal and English teacher at Talenta Inclusive School. The data analysis technique used by researcher is by means of descriptive analysis and triangulation. The using Preschool English application for autistic students at Talenta Inclusive School has three steps by the teacher; there are assessment of students’ characteristics, implementation of English learning and the use of Preschool English game application, and students’ improvement in using application. The three steps have been successfully improved students' as proved by the improvement of vocabulary and pronunciation measured through repetition and quizzes conducted by the teacher. The application assesses students' progress in vocabulary through quiz games and the teacher evaluates their pronunciation during learning. This conclusion highlights the positive impact the application has on autistic students' ability to master vocabulary and pronunciation, enhancing their understanding. The obstacles in the use of Preschool English application to improve students' mastery of vocabulary and pronunciation at Talenta Inclusive School are divided into two factors; there are internal and external factors. Internal factors include students who are unable to focus on learning and lack of chemistry that exists between teachers and students. While the obstacles from external factors occur due to limited time in using the application and the teacher also did not make learning plan that makes learning process becomes less conducive and structured
