Abstract

This study aims to describe the promoting students’ ukuhuwah Islamiah awareness through the practice of Panca Jiwa values in school activities and policies of MA Matholi’ul Huda Troso Jepara, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative method, which is an approach that aims to understand a phenomenon in depth, such as: behavior, perception, motivation, action and so on. This the subjects are the headmaster, 2 teachers, a student of class XI in MA Malida Troso. The subjects are determined by purposive sampling. The researcher got the data of the building Ukhuwah Islamiah character for the students in the school activities and policies through the In-depth interview technique, observations and using documentation studies. After the researcher was in the location of the research, the researcher got the data accurately and analyzed them by using the Miles and Hubermen analytical techniques. This study revealed the data as follows: First, MA Malida Troso uses Panca Jiwa in the building Ukhuwah Islamiah character for the students through the school activities and policies. The Panca Jiwa contains sincerity, simplicity, independence, helpers and Ukhuwah Islamiah. The second result is sincerity value which consists of philantrophy acts, it contains the program of Giving Charity and the policy of Following All Madrasah Agenda. Simplicity value has policy of prohibition of Using Excessive Jewelry. Independence value represents on Scouting and Morning Fun activies. Helper value includes The Donations for The Students and Helping Friends to Understand The Lessons activities. Ukhuwah Islamiah value includes the activities of Madrasah Ceremony, Prayer in Congregation and Muhadlarah. All of these activities and policies have the Ukhuwah Islamiah value. Third, Supporting factors include The legal regulation of madrasah, competent teachers and Learning motivation of students, Educational Facilities. Inhibiting factors include Student Concentration Disruption, Conditioning of Activities and Weather.
