Abstract
Modernization and globalization era, more behaviors tend to lead to a moral crisis in society. The growth of moral illiteracy, loss of self-confidence, and frustration affects the younger generation as evidenced by the emergence of negative communities among teenagers. The purpose of this study is to describe the types of moral (akhlaq) education values along with finding the dominant moral values in the book Secrets of Divine Love: A Journey into the Heart of Islam. This research is categorized in the type of library research and qualitative approuch. Therefore, the appropriate data collection technique in this research is the literature research technique and documentation technique which is carried out through a study or literature review. In analyzing the data, after the data is collected, the technique used by the researcher to analyze the data that has been obtained is the "Content Analysis” technique. The results of data analysis prove that the book Secrets of Divine Love: A Journey into the Heart of Islam is a book in which there are moral (akhlaq) education values which is the work of A. Helwa. This book has a specialty among other books, namely that this book was made not only for Muslims, but all religions can read it without offending the reader. However, the discussion is more about the Qur'an and Sunnah and various inspiring stories so that they can be used as examples in behavior. Secrets of Divine Love has 12 chapters in total but only 6 chapters are taken in the discussion according to the material. The types of moral values found include religious, moral to others, and morals to oneself. The dominance of the discussion of moral (akhlaq) education values is more inclined to morality towards God, this is known through the types of moral (akhlaq) education values that have been found in chapter IV
