Abstract

The ongoing tendency to use mobile applications for language learning is a beneficial learning trend that educators cannot overlook. One of the examples from the English application is WordsBooster. This research aimed to describe the students' perception of the use of WordsBooster application and find out which skills are most thriving while using the WordsBooster application in enhancing English language learning. This research was used a qualitative research, the research employed observations, interviews to collect data and data analysis in this research was descriptive analysis, data reduction, data display, conclusion and triangulation. The participants were thirty-six students (32 males and 4 females). The results of this result indicated that the majority of the respondents showed overall gave positive perceptions of both perception of the usefulness and perception of the ease of use of the WordsBooster. Moreover, the respondents felt that the most thrived skills while using the WordsBooster application are listening and writing skills. The students also positively perceived that the WordsBooster application was useful to help them enhance English language learning; besides, it was easy to use
